We are an online store and do not have any physical locations or showrooms.

Can I cancel or alter my order?

We completely understand; we also change our views! While we will try our best to assist, once an order has been issued for delivery, we are unable to change or cancel it. If the items do not work out, be sure to exchange them for a different style within 5 days of receiving your order. No refunds are allowed. Returns and exchanges do not apply to sale items.

What is the delivery lead time?

Orders are processed every Wednesday and dispatched via our preferred courier partner. Orders in Gauteng have a delivery lead time of 1-2 working days after the weekly shipping day, while orders in the rest of South Africa take 2-4 working days from the weekly shipping day.
